Markdown Converter Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Apple processes all payments. This page explains how refunds work.
We generally cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, find the Markdown Converter Pro charge, and submit a request.
You can also start from iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, then report a problem on the charge. See Apple's refund help article.
Email kristina.fedorova2@icloud.com with the date of the charge and your Apple ID email (not your password). We can point you to Apple's refund flow and, where Apple allows it, look into the purchase from our side. The final decision on App Store refunds remains Apple's.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply to digital content in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere.
