Restore purchases
If you already subscribed to Markdown Converter Pro on this Apple ID:
- Open the App → Settings → Restore Purchases, or use Restore on the paywall.
- Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Markdown Converter Pro.
- Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- If Pro is active, the App's Settings screen also offers Manage Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
App Store purchases are billed by Apple. See the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
Common conversion issues
- Images missing from Markdown. Remote images are off by default. Turn on fetch remote images in Convert options if the file uses
http(s) image URLs.
- Scanned PDF looks empty. OCR runs on-device for pages without a text layer. Very large or low-quality scans may still fail; try a clearer scan or fewer pages.
- Share sheet did not import. Use the Markdown Converter share extension, or save the file and open it from Files.
