14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Claude Exporter Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Email smmfedorova@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your device identifier, visible in the extension's Options page) and we'll process your refund through Paddle, our payment processor, usually within a few business days.

Renewals

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. For subsequent renewal payments, cancel any time before the renewal date from the extension's Options page to avoid being charged again; renewal payments are otherwise non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law.
