Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claude Exporter browser extension and its optional "Pro" subscription (the "Service"). By installing the extension or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Claude Exporter is a browser extension that lets you export your own Claude.ai conversations to files (JSON, Markdown, plain text, XML, or PNG) that you download to your own device. The free plan includes a limited number of exports; the Pro subscription removes that limit.

2. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected at checkout until cancelled.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the extension's Options page ("Cancel subscription" link) or directly through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; see our Refund Policy for what happens to the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only to export conversations you have the right to access, and not to resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the extension.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or Claude.ai. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
